GoodWe powers energy efficiency at The Active Grounds leisure complex, with advanced new features from it’s HT series inverters

The Active Grounds, a multi-tenancy leisure complex located in New South Wales, has successfully reduced energy bills and enhanced sustainability across its diverse businesses through the installation of GoodWe’s new metering solutions and advanced HT Series inverters with updated features including parallelling capabilities. This recent upgrade underscores GoodWe’s commitment to providing cutting-edge technology for commercial solar applications.

The project at The Active Grounds involved the installation and commissioning of four 110kW GoodWe HT Series inverters. The entire commissioning process was completed in less than five minutes using the Ezlink3000 dongle, which can connect up to 10 inverters in parallel, and the new GM330 smart meter. This swift and seamless setup was managed via a smartphone, utilising the user-friendly SolarGo App.

Installers praised the new HT Series for its ease of use and advanced features. The AC compartment on the side of the inverter significantly simplified the wiring process, while the new smart fan design reduced operational noise compared to other brands. The grid setting configuration was also noted for its straightforward, user-friendly design, contributing to an overall smooth and quick installation process.

The GoodWe HT Series, with power capacities ranging from 100 to 120kW, includes several enhancements specifically designed for commercial applications. These enhancements include smart commissioning, which simplifies the setup and allows for quicker and more efficient installations. Additionally, new smart accessories enable the parallel configuration of up to 80 inverters using the new GoodWe EZlogger accessory, providing flexibility and scalability for large commercial projects. The GM330 smart meter further enhances energy monitoring and management capabilities, while the 12 Maximum Power Point Trackers (MPPTs) and a high IP rating ensure robust performance in diverse environmental conditions
